Ringlock is a modular access scaffolding system for industrial and construction applications. Ringlock is built with fewer main components which lead to a significant reduction of commissioning quantities. Regardless of the requirements, up to 80% of the material is reusable for different applications.
The following information is about our RINGLOCK SCAFFOLDING.
Factory located in China's steel base, combines production and scheme design.
Processing workshop covers 60000 square meters.
More than 100 sets of automatic production equipment.
Monthly production capacity of more than 20,000 tons, to ensure fast delivery.
Integrated production with Cutting, welding and galvanizing.
Provide drawings and samples before mass production.
Inspection before and after production. Provide inspection report.
Test equipment in factory. Build before delivery.
The diagonal tube generally use the materials of Q234 steel tube of OD 42*2.5MM with hot dipped galvanized treatment.
Base on the length , the tube will be weled with connecting heads of diagonal tubes at both ends.
